As an integral coach, my focus is on helping people who feel “stuck”, either at work or more generally in life, to explore new responses to the challenges they face and open up possibilities.
In my work with businesses, I establish and train Talent Acquisition and Sourcing teams as well as help hiring managers bring more rigour to the hiring process and make more strategic hiring decisions.

Talent Acquisition as a practice has faced many disruptions over the years and with each bump in the road came an opportunity to learn something new and explore more effective ways of doing things.
